Orders are sent to our warehouse immediately after payment, so we can’t change or cancel them once they’re placed.
If you no longer want your BUSY Bar, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving it, provided the product box remains unopened and the original packaging and factory seal are intact.
Need to correct your shipping address? Contact the shipping carrier listed in your shipping confirmation email as soon as possible. They may still be able to update it while the package is in transit.
